I have over 20 years experience in illustrated book publishing, including managing a busy picture department. Until recently
I was the Image Rights and Permissions Manager at Quadrille.

I started my career as a graphic designer and was drawn towards image rights through my love of books and photography.

 

​​During my time as a picture researcher I have worked on a wide variety of subjects, successfully sourcing images from the UK
and overseas, whilst keeping to tight deadlines.
​​

​​​My approach to picture research is to meticulously understand the unique requirements of each project to uncover captivating visuals that perfectly complement the content. Working with photographers, artists, image libraries, museums, estates and individuals to ensure that the necessary rights are obtained.​​

Based near Marlborough in Wiltshire, I am well located to serve London, Oxford and Bristol. ​
